We are a group of undergraduate research fellows and faculty mentors in the English Department at Merrimack College. We have studied Anne Bradstreet's poetry in our classes for years--but only recently realized that we walk in her footsteps every time we set foot on campus.

Now, we are scouring archives, libraries, and historical societies for anything and everything Anne Bradstreet. We have the lofty (and maybe impossible) goal of finding her burial site and the location of her Andover homes. Even if we fall short, we will learn more about Bradstreet and her poetry by engaging with our campus environment in a new way. Please, read, research, and think along with us as we proceed on this archival adventure!
